Bells of the Bluffs Handbell Ensemble Announces 2019-2020 Concert Season
Bells of the Bluffs Handbell Ensemble has announced its concerts for the 2019-2020 season and there will be something for everyone. All concerts are family-friendly and designed to get toes tapping as concertgoers hear the stirring sounds and fun effects only handbells – and their musical friends – can provide.

The Magic of Christmas, Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019, 6:30 p.m., Pleasant Hill Library, 1490 South Frontage Road, Hastings, Minnesota. This Bells and Books concert is designed for children of all ages and will feature magician and comedian Kristoffer Olson.
Winter Magic, Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, 10:30 a.m., Red Wing Public Library, 225 East Avenue, Red Wing, Minnesota. This Bells and Books concert will include readings, familiar music and new experiences.
Perpetual Motion, Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020, 3:00 p.m., First Lutheran Church, 615 West 5th Street, Red Wing, Minnesota. As part of the Big Turn Music Festival, Bells of the Bluffs and friends will rock the town with unexpected takes on popular songs.
Shall We Dance, Saturday, April 18, 2020, 3:00 p.m., First Lutheran Church, 615 West 5th Street, Red Wing, Minnesota, and Sunday, April 19, 2020, 4:00 p.m., St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 7180 Hemlock Lane North, Maple Grove, Minnesota. Don’t miss this chance to see two of the region’s leading handbell ensembles, Bells of the Bluffs and Bells of the Lakes, in a first-ever joint performance.
